Lil’ Dragons (6-8)

Help develop attention span, basic motor skills, social skills and self-control.

Once a week program for ages 6-8.  This program progresses slowly through ranks while focusing on fitness, self-control, motor skill development, self-defense, and other martial arts basics.

This program designed to introduce young students to martial arts in a fun and positive environment – where encouragement, confidence, positive association with physical exercise, martial arts basics and character development are the primary goals.
