
The Junior Program is a beginner martial arts program in Kuk Sool. This traditional Korean martial arts program develops self-defense, fitness, confidence, and leadership training for kids ages 8 until early teens (12-14). Students will progress through belts as they practice and learn new skills.
Most students at this age train twice a week. This allows students to maintain a steady training schedule and advance through the ranks. While it is possible to train only once a week, more at home practice will be required and belt advancement may proceed more slowly.
